Your Right to Data Deletion
In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that Carpinoy Logistics has collected.
What Data We May Have
Your name and Facebook profile information (from Messenger interactions)
Messages and conversation history with our AI chatbot (Brad AI)
Preferences and information you shared during conversations
Contact details you provided
Trip, billing, and payout data (for subcontractor operators)
Accreditation documents (for subcontractor operators)
How to Request Data Deletion

Send Us a Request
Email us at
support@carpinoylogistics.com with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request". Include your full name and the Facebook account or email associated with your data.

Verification
We will verify your identity to ensure we are deleting the correct data.

Processing
Once verified, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
⚠️ Note: Certain data may be retained if required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records for accounting/audit compliance), or to resolve disputes. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and the reason why.
Alternative: Request via Facebook
You can also send a data deletion request by messaging our Facebook Page directly. Simply send a message saying "Delete my data" and our team will process your request.
What Happens After Deletion
Your chat history with Brad AI will be permanently removed
Any saved preferences or memory data will be erased
Your profile information will be deleted from our systems
You will no longer receive personalized responses from our chatbot
If you are a subcon operator, operational records subject to legal retention may be anonymized rather than fully deleted
