Facebook Messenger & Website Chatbot (Brad AI) — answers inquiries about rates, trips, billing, terms, and accreditation
Subcon Dashboard — platform for subcontractor operators to view trip data, billing, payouts
Admin Dashboard — internal management system for Carpinoy operations
BP Associate Portal — platform for business partners and agents
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use our services only for their intended purposes related to Carpinoy Logistics operations
Not attempt to misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our systems, chatbot, or dashboard
Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Carpinoy
Not use our AI chatbot for purposes unrelated to Carpinoy Logistics
Keep your login credentials (if applicable) confidential and secure
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines
4. AI Chatbot Disclaimer
Brad AI provides information based on a knowledge base maintained by Carpinoy management, but responses may not always be perfectly accurate
Brad AI is not a substitute for direct communication with Carpinoy admin for critical decisions
Brad AI does not provide personal, medical, legal, or financial advice
Rates, policies, and schedules are subject to change — always verify with Carpinoy admin
Carpinoy Logistics is not liable for decisions made solely based on chatbot responses
5. Subcontractor Terms
Your subcon agreement and accreditation terms govern your operational relationship with Carpinoy
Trip data, billing, and payout information displayed on the dashboard are based on validated records
Disputes regarding trips, billing, or payouts should be raised directly with Carpinoy admin
Carpinoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate dashboard access for violations
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and branding associated with Carpinoy Logistics — including the Brad AI chatbot, dashboard interfaces, logos, and documentation — are the property of Carpinoy Logistics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Carpinoy Logistics provides its digital services "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to our services
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
